Wayne Murray Properties Pros Sharpen Sales, Enter Coaching Arena at Tom Ferry's D.C. Area Conference

 HOUSTON, February 27, 2015—Gaye Hale, Lindsey Carroll-Kimble and Carla Hamm, members of the professional Realtor® team at WEICHERT, REALTORS® - Wayne Murray Properties in Houston, attended a three-day conference presented by Tom Ferry’s Your Coach -International Coaching & Training Company. The sessions, titled “Sales Edge,” were held in the Washington, D.C. suburb of Tyson’s Corner, Virginia, with speaker Bill Pipes at the podium for Ferry, teaching attendees that “Knowing What to Say Matters.”

The seminar covered a broad range of sales presentation and objection handling skills designed to increase the Realtor’s lead-to-appointment conversion rate and “bulletproof” listings and buyer presentations.

“All of this was more than well instructed,” Hamm said. “We came back invigorated and are ready to make a giant leap forward in our business, using all we learned.” Obvious to the three Realtors, who often work together as HKH Partners, “we are inspired by new tools to serve our clients better,” Hale added.
